Our outdoor log-cabin sauna for true sauna pleasure. In order to use the sauna correctly, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following simple rules: Start with a shower, enter the sauna with a towel and either sit or lie for 12-15 minutes, we recommend sitting for the last 2 to 3 minutes; afterwards go out and either take a cold shower or cool yourself off in the cool mist, then lie resting for 10 to 15 minutes or you can also move about in the fresh air. Repeat the process a second or even a third time. The indoor temperature is between 70 and 100 degrees with 15-20 % humidity. At the end you should rest again for a while.
