Especially after a long walk, after sports activities like biking, mountain biking, skiing or cross country skiing, a long stay in the sauna is just the right thing; it relaxes the muscles and gives you a long lasting sensation of wellbeing. In our Finish sauna, the scent of natural wood and the pleasant dry air at a temperature of around 90°C, will stimulate your blood circulation, purify your body and strengthen your natural defenses.

Information

The Tyrolean sweat room, the Roman cistern, the Tepidarium, the herbal bath, the amethyst steam grotto, the outdoor sauna and the outdoor whirlpool are open daily from 11:00 to 19:00. The sauna towels which lie about in the sauna area are provided exclusively for sauna and steam bath visitors. Please use the sauna towels sparingly and do not remove them from the sauna area. Because of healthy reasons enter the sauna only naked and without sandals. Due to hygienic standards please shower before relaxing in the whirlpool.

Sauna-rules

1. Before use the sauna, please shower!
2. Enter into the sauna - do not forget to lay your towel under you!
3. 10-15 minutes of sweating and enjoyment!
4. Cool down and breathe some fresh air!
5. Take a shower in the rain shower, head shower, flood shower or side showers!
6. Rub crushed ice from the ice lion on yourself!
7. Relax for about 15 minutes!
8. Repeat this process once or twice - depending on desire and condition!
