What you have to know in the Wellness & Recreation Hotel Schwarzenstein

All prices include the Hotel Schwarzenstein ¾ Gourmet Board with wellness buffet at lunch and in the afternoon including taxes and fees.

Payment and Extras
Method of payment: cash, euro cheque card, Visa and Mastercard, traveller's cheques
Extra charge for single bed: double used as single bedroom 70% extra charge

Animals
Only when mentioned in advance.
Animals are not allowed in Deluxe rooms and in Panorama suites!
Euro 15,00 per day (without food). For hygienic purposes, we kindly ask you to not take your dogs into the dining room and into the wellness area.
We thank you for your understanding.  So as not to disturb other guests, you are kindly requested to only take your dog into the hotel bar on exceptions.

Arrival and Departure
Please try and make your day of arrival and departure on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday). The rooms are ready as of 2:00 p.m..
We kindly ask you to leave your rooms by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure. Upon arrival after 7:00 p.m., please contact us by phone

Requested room
Room number request- If possible we will give you a requested room, however, there is no guarantee for this.

Cancellation
Cancellations are something unpleasant for you and for us. It is a shame when rooms are empty when others would have liked to come.
On the other hand, something can always happen to anyone. Our request: please inform us as soon as possible. We hope you will understand that with cancellations of 40 to 14 days before arrival, a 3 day rate will be charged. With cancellations of 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Upon late arrivals and early departures, a 3 day rate will be charged.
